Note: The server machine does not need to be a rack server. A regular desktop PC or laptop meeting the above specs works fine.
It should remain switched on during school hours so students can access the AI assistant.

4. Pre-Installation Checklist
Please confirm the following before our team's visit:
Dedicated Windows 10/11 PC is available
PC has at least 16 GB RAM
PC has at least 60 GB free storage
PC is connected to school's WiFi / LAN
Internet available on the day of installation
Windows admin login credentials available
School's WiFi password is available
At least one teacher device for testing
